Irina Irgon

Irina is Chairman and co-founder of STS Consulting, and leads the company’s strategic planning efforts. Irina was instrumental in formulating the company’s service delivery approach as well as launching the company’s telecommunications industry business. Irina is a computer and software consulting veteran with over 20 years of experience applying her expertise to help solve financial services and telecommunications IT challenges. Her areas of expertise include software development tools, mutual fund systems, and telecommunications network planning and ordering systems. Irina
holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from New York University.

Adam Irgon

Adam is co-founder and past-president of STS Consulting. Through the Company’s first decade he was responsible for driving growth and the operational and financial performance of the company. Having built STS to a position of industry leadership in the Life Sciences and Telecommunication verticals, Adam currently serves in a consultative role to help drive its ongoing growth. Adam has launched several of the company’s industry business units, and has nurtured key client relationships to drive business growth.  Adam is a fifteen year veteran of the telecommunications industry, and has held a diverse background of business development and executive management positions for software services and products.  His expertise includes software testing solutions and services. He is a pioneer in test automation, and has been influential in shaping what are now considered standard features in testing tools. Prior to founding STS Consulting, Adam guided the development of innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. He has published many articles in industry journals, and has been a speaker at industry conferences and forums. Adam holds a B.S in Computer Science with High Honors from Rutgers University, and a M.S. in Computer Science from Brown University.

Nantanee Koppstein

Nantanee is the company’s Controller and is responsible for the financial management of STS Consulting including financial reporting and control, as well as strategic planning of the company. Prior to STS, Nantanee held various positions in the international and investment banking arena. These include positions at NatWest Investment Bank, NY, where she established operating credit and trading guidelines and procedures with the company’s London office. She was also with the International Banking Department at Mercantile Trust Company where she was responsible for establishing guidelines and operating procedures for country and corporate risk management. Nantanee served as a liaison with Government officials, corporate borrowers, and international organizations such as the IMF and the World Bank.  Earlier in her career, Nantanee taught Economics at Yale University and Vassar College. She has numerous fellowships including the Emilie Louise Wells Graduate Fellowship for post-graduate work in Economics. She was also the associate editor of Bibliography of Asian Studies. Nantanee holds a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College and an M.A. & M. Phil. in Economics from Yale University.
