Enterprise Resource Planning Systems

Companies deploy enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to integrate their processes and information into a "single system." This requirement is typically characterized by employing a single database “repository” to store information that is used by the integrated system modules and other integrated supportive solutions.

Even though the concept of ERP grew out of the manufacturing environment, systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards have evolved into a comprehensive solution for an organization, irrespective of industry focus and business sector.

Modules within an ERP solution that we have supported in the past includes: Financials, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Warehouse Management. In fact, we are supporting the first known GxP regulated application implementation of SAP CRM by a pharmaceutical client where typically Siebel and Dendrite have been used.
